Due to the pandemic in the past three years, we cannot meet face to face in ICGEA 2021 and 2022. We're so delighted that we could gather Singapore this year, share opinions and exchange new ideas.This year, we have 9 speeches, 4 onsite sessions and 4 online sessions that cover: System Modeling and Reliability Analysis in Power Electronic Systems; Clean Energy and New Energy Development; Power Supply and Energy Storage Technology of Power System; Design and Evaluation of Green Energy Saving System; Photovoltaic System Power Generation and Solar Energy Utilization; Optimal Allocation and Management of Energy Systems; System Model and Performance Analysis in Intelligent Power System; Control Systems and Key Technologies in Modern Electrical Engineering. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the reviewers, session chairs as well as the authors and presenters who have contributed to this conference.
